In Pennsylvania at the Surplus Outlet near Berwick on Monday Afternoon, CCTV footage confirmed that Sister Agnes Pennino was the woman spotted helping herself to items within the store.
Stationed about 20 miles away at a convent in Danville, Sister Agnes was caught shoplifting Around $23 worth of coffee, snacks, and toiletries.
The store manager, Zane Kishbach, stated he “couldn’t believe it that a nun would actually do something like this.”
If convicted, Sister Agnes will most likely have to pay a fine for shoplifting as it is only a summary offence in the United States.
